RED SATE

Red Sate

Materials:
• 300 g cow Usus
• 200 g beef meat shenkel
• 200 g Lung tuberculosis cow
• 2 tbsp tamarind water
• 2 tbsp sugar sand
• 50 ml cooking oil
• 100 ml water
Mashed the ingredients:
• 15 red fruit Cabe
• 3 grains Candlenut
• 2 cm Ginger
• 5 cloves Bawang white
• 1 tsp Salt
Make way:
• Boil intestine, tuberculosis and meat until soft and then cut a neat sate, sisihkan.
• Tumis flavor of mashed with the oil until fragrant and cooked.
• Then enter the sugar and tamarind water, cook until the jelly-like and enter the intestine, meat and tuberculosis.
• Add the water, confused and a bit flat to dry up.
• After the cold, with a pin and then burned skewer
Tip:
• To have the gut still tasty, boiled intestine tied second in the end.
